The Service

I offer Human Design chart readings and related guidance conducted via Zoom. These sessions are educational and exploratory in nature. They are not therapy, medical advice, psychological counseling, legal advice, or a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or other licensed care.

Booking and Payment

Sessions are booked and paid for through the scheduling system on this website. The price listed at the time of booking applies. Payment is required to confirm your appointment. All payments are processed by third-party providers.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms will be shown during the booking process or can be requested by emailing info@mynewmap.com.

Birth Data

An accurate birth date, time, and location are required for a precise Human Design chart. Approximate times may result in a less accurate or incomplete reading. You are responsible for providing the most accurate information available to you.

Session Recordings

Sessions are recorded for your personal use. The recording is intended solely for you and may not be shared publicly, distributed, or used commercially without my prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, as well as materials and explanations shared during sessions, is protected by copyright and remains my intellectual property. You may use your personal reading and recording for private, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Readings and guidance are provided in good faith based on the Human Design system. I make no guarantees regarding specific life outcomes, decisions, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
